Entering is simple. Create an account, choose the competition you want to enter, select how many tickets you’d like, and complete checkout. Once your order is successful, your ticket numbers will be added to your account. 

 Yes. Raffle Revolution offers a free postal entry route. Full details of how to enter for free can be found in our Terms & Conditions. 

 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, subject to our Terms & Conditions. 

Once your payment has gone through successfully, your ticket numbers will be assigned to your account. You can view them in your account area, and you may also receive confirmation by email. 

You can view your ticket numbers in the My Account section of the website after your order has been completed. Your entry details may also be sent to your registered email address. 

Each competition has a fixed maximum number of tickets. This is shown on the competition page and does not change once the competition is live. 

 Yes. Each competition page shows how many tickets have been sold and the total number available. The homepage currently displays sold counts alongside each live competition. 

Ticket prices vary depending on the competition. The entry price is always clearly shown on the competition page before you enter. The live homepage currently shows prices ranging from 5p upward depending on the competition. 

Each competition has its own stated closing time or draw date. These details are shown on the individual competition page, and Raffle Revolution also promotes live draw times on the website. 

The winner is drawn once the competition closes in line with the process set out in the competition details and Terms & Conditions. Draws are shown live on social media, and winners are then published on the website.

 If you win, Raffle Revolution will contact you using the details on your account. Winners are also shown on the website. 

 Previous winners can be viewed on the Winners page of the website. The homepage also highlights recent winners. 

 If you win, the Raffle Revolution team will contact you and arrange delivery or fulfilment of your prize. 

Many competitions include instant wins. Where applicable, these are shown on the competition listing or competition page. The homepage currently labels many live competitions as including instant wins. 

 Unless stated otherwise, prizes are usually awarded as advertised. In some cases, a cash alternative, voucher, or substitute may be offered at the company’s discretion 

 Yes. Raffle Revolution states that the website uses secure encrypted connections and that card details are not held on its servers. 

 No. Once an entry has been purchased, it is final and cannot usually be amended or withdrawn. 

 You can use the password reset option on the website login page to reset your password. 

If a winner cannot be contacted within the period set out in the Terms & Conditions, Raffle Revolution may reserve the right to use that prize in another promotion. 

 No, not necessarily. Raffle Revolution may ask to feature a winner photo for transparency, but the current FAQ says this is not mandatory.
